Sound familiar?

Five vendors work in your building, and none of them owns the result.

The same breaker trips every quarter. Someone resets it. Nobody finds out why.

Nobody can tell you what was done last time, or who did it.

A packaging line running mid-shift, cartons blurred on the conveyor, two operators in hearing protection working at the line in soft focus, warm daylight through an open dock door beside a stack of pallets.

You do not need an electrician. You need someone accountable for the outcome.

Built for facilities without an electrical department

When your building runs production, research, patients or product, the electrical system is part of the operation. These are the buildings we work in most.

A warehouse aisle mid-shift with tall pallet racking, a forklift parked with its lights on beside a wrapped pallet, and a distant worker walking toward an open dock door full of daylight.

Light industrial.

Added equipment outgrows the original panels, and dock and high-bay lighting fail first.

A research lab during the workday, fume hoods lit and running, benches of powered instruments under overhead power drops, and a researcher in a lab coat working in soft focus at the far bench.

R&D and lab.

Layouts change often, so circuits end up mislabeled and equipment ends up sharing circuits it should not share.

A precision machining bay mid-shift, a CNC machining centre running behind its closed door with coolant spray inside, a cart of finished parts in front, and an operator in safety glasses in soft focus behind.

Manufacturing.

One tripped feeder stops a line, and every new machine adds another hookup and disconnect.

A clinic corridor during the day, treatment rooms lit behind their door windows, a medical cart parked mid-hall, and a staff member in scrubs walking away toward a bright window.

Medical and dental.

Equipment circuits, emergency lighting and exit signs have to work on inspection day and every other day.

A cold storage room mid-shift, shelving stocked with sealed cases, a loaded pallet jack by the strip-curtain door, frost haze in the air, and a worker in a winter jacket walking away.

Specialty commercial.

In data rooms, cold storage and commercial kitchens, a lost circuit means lost product or lost hours.

The Facility Electrical Reliability Assessment

A site walk that ends in a written plan. You get a clear picture of your electrical system, what needs attention first, and what it will cost.

  1. Site walk and electrical condition review of panels, gear, equipment feeds, lighting and life-safety circuits
  2. Priority list of safety, reliability and operational issues, ranked
  3. Budget ranges for each recommended correction
  4. Urgent repairs separated from planned upgrades
  5. Written scope suitable for internal approval or vendor bidding
  6. Recommended maintenance cadence
  7. Any assessment fee credited in full toward corrective work approved within 30 days

Four steps. One contractor.

A hard hat, a closed binder and a coffee mug on a desk by an office window that looks down on a busy production floor with distant workers between machines.
  1. 1. Book.

Tell us about the building and the problem. We call you back and set a walk date, usually within 1 business day.

  2. 2. Walk.

A licensed electrician walks your panels, gear, equipment feeds, lighting and life-safety circuits. Under 25,000 sq ft takes 3 to 4 hours; up to 100,000 sq ft, up to a full day.

  3. 3. Report.

You get the written report within 5 business days: ranked issues, budget ranges and a scope you can approve or bid.

  4. 4. Fix.

You approve the work you want. We schedule it, do it and document it. Approve within 30 days and any assessment fee comes off the bill.

Why facility teams call us back

  • 01

One accountable party from diagnosis to closeout.

The electrician who finds the problem answers for the fix. You never coordinate the trades: our own electricians do all of the electrical work, never a subcontractor. We are an electrical contractor, not a general contractor.

  • 02

    Written documentation after every visit.

Photos, the circuit and panel affected, parts used and what we recommend next, all in your facility file.

  • 03

    A no-games change-order policy.

Every change order is written, priced and signed before work continues. Field conditions change. The work does not change until you approve it in writing.

  • 04

Warranty without making you prove fault.

Our work carries a one-year warranty. If our work fails, we come back and make it right. You do not have to prove it was our fault first.

  • 05

    Permits anywhere in Texas.

Our electrical contractor license (TECL #39622) is statewide, so we can pull electrical permits in any Texas city or county that issues them. We file the application and meet the inspector.

  • 06

Discretion by default: NDAs signed, only approved photos of our own work, and records that go only to you.

Tell us what is happening.

We call you back and set up the walk.
