Stratos Nexus

Your Facility's Electrical Record, Kept Current

Panels, circuits, equipment and replacement costs, mapped by Stratos electricians and maintained year over year.

Who Nexus is for

You know what is in your walls: which panel feeds which machine, what condition it is in, and what it would cost to replace. Nexus is for facility owners and operators who want that answer on file.

Electrical contractors interested in Nexus for their own clients can reach us through the contact page.

The Nexus Snapshot

Two Stratos electricians spend one day on site and map your main panels and equipment into Nexus. You get a record of your electrical system, built by the people who will maintain it.

Cost: quoted after a short call about your building

The full maintenance program is scoped after the walk, once we know what is in the building. Nexus keeps it as an NFPA 70B electrical maintenance program.

What the subscription includes

  • 01

Access to your facility's record in Nexus

  • 02

A one-day reinspection by a Stratos electrician every year, so the record stays current

Where Nexus fits

The record starts once you have seen how we work. Most clients start with the Reliability Assessment, approve the corrective work that matters most, then document the whole facility with a Snapshot.
