Stratos Electric LLC ("Stratos", "we") runs www.stratoselectric.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that includes your name, company, email, phone or mobile number, facility address, facility type and size, a description of your issue or project, your timeline, whether drawings are available, and who approves the work. General contractors also send a project name, location, bid due date, plan link and scope summary.

When you book a time on our calendar, we collect your name, email, the time you choose and anything you add to the booking. When you call or email us, we keep the details you share so we can help you.

Information collected automatically

Each form records the page you sent it from. Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and show which pages people use. It records the pages you view, how you arrived, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. Our booking calendar (HubSpot) may set its own cookies when it loads. The companies that host this site and its files receive your IP address and browser details when your browser loads a page, as any website host does.

How we use your information

To answer your request, quote work, schedule visits and do the work you ask for.
To keep service records for your facility, including in Stratos Nexus if you become a client.
To bill for our work and keep the business records the law requires.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.
To protect our business and comply with the law.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers, and they handle your information only to provide their service to us:

HubSpot stores our contacts, form submissions and calendar bookings.
Squarespace hosts this website.
Cloudflare hosts the site's images, styles and scripts.
Google provides Google Analytics.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of selling or reorganizing our business.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising or marketing.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. To stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits on any site, you can use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to answer your request and provide our services, and as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records. Service records for a client facility are kept for as long as we maintain that facility, unless you ask us to delete them.

How we protect it

We limit access to the people who need it to do their work, and we use providers that protect the data they hold for us. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information sent over the internet will never be accessed without permission.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email contact@stratoselectric.com or call (737) 301-4536. We answer requests within 45 days. We may keep records the law requires us to keep.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to city, county and utility websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
