What we handle

Troubleshooting and repairs

You get the cause, not a reset. We trace tripping breakers, dead circuits, partial power loss and equipment that will not start, then fix what we find.

Typical turnaround: same day

Lighting

Your lights, exit signs and emergency lighting work when they need to. We do LED retrofits and lighting controls, and test what we touch.

Typical turnaround: can be same day, depending on product availability

Panels and distribution

When we leave, the panel schedule matches the panel. We replace breakers, upgrade panels, and label and map circuits.

Typical turnaround: as soon as same day, depending on product availability and permits

Equipment power

New machines start on circuits sized for them. We do machine hookups, disconnects, VFD circuits and dedicated receptacles.

Typical turnaround: as soon as same day, depending on product availability and permits

Inspections and documentation

You know what is in your building before something fails. We do annual condition reviews, panel schedules and as-found photos.

Typical turnaround: same day

Recurring maintenance

Problems get caught on a visit instead of at 2 am. We set a cadence, respond first to program clients, and keep one record of every visit.

Typical turnaround: 10 business days to set up

How a service call works

  1. 1. Request

Call (737) 301-4536 or send the form. Tell us what is happening, how often, and what it affects.

  2. 2. Arrival window

We give you an arrival window and we keep it. We can dispatch in as little as 15 minutes.

  3. 3. Diagnose and quote

We find the cause and put the fix and its price in writing before we start.

  4. 4. Fix

We make the repair and test it.

  5. 5. Record

You get a visit report. The next electrician who opens that panel will know what we did.

What you get after every visit

You always know what was done and what comes next. Every visit ends with a written report:

  • 01

Photos, as found and as left

  • 02

    The circuit and panel affected

  • 03

    Parts used

  • 04

What we recommend next, and how urgent it is

Maintenance on a set cadence

Your building gets looked at on a schedule, not only after something fails. Your assessment report sets the cadence. Each visit works through a set list: panels, equipment feeds, lighting, and emergency and exit lighting. Coverage ranges from daily on-site support to a yearly inspection, depending on what the building needs.

Priority response

Program clients are called back and dispatched first. We respond right away, make the situation safe, and start repairs once you approve them.

Records

Every visit report goes into your facility file. If you want the whole facility mapped and kept current, that is Stratos Nexus.

Questions facility teams ask

Need an NFPA 70B maintenance program, arc flash labels or an electrical safety program? See our NFPA 70B and 70E services.

Do you handle emergencies and after-hours calls?

Yes. Any Stratos customer can use the emergency line, day or night. We are available 24/7 for maintenance and emergencies.

Will you work alongside our other vendors?

Yes. We coordinate with your mechanical, controls and building vendors and raise conflicts before work starts. If we take over a scope from another vendor, we review what was done first.

Is there a minimum charge for a service call?

Service calls have a one-hour minimum for a crew of two electricians, because our NFPA 70E safety program sends two. We tell you the minimum before we schedule the visit.

What types of facilities do you work in?

Light industrial, R&D and lab, manufacturing, medical and dental, and specialty commercial facilities such as data rooms, cold storage and commercial kitchens, within 60 miles of downtown Austin. We do not take residential service work.

How soon do we get a quote?

Most quotes go out within 1 to 10 business days, depending on the project. Every quote is in writing before work starts.

How do we get the visit report?

As a PDF by email, or in your Nexus account if you use Nexus.
