Electrical scope

Ongoing electrical service, from single receptacles and service calls to full equipment installs:

  Equipment power: 480 V power drops, dedicated circuits and retractable cord reels for new equipment.

  Distribution: transformer relocations (112.5 kVA and 75 kVA), new panels, and dedicated distribution panels with emergency-stop shutoffs.

  Backup and cooling power: UPS circuits and dedicated circuits for cooling units.

  Lighting: high-bay and office fixture replacements, plus exit and emergency lighting.

Ongoing since January 2026: more than 50 completed work orders in ten months.

Electrical outcome

Quick turnarounds. Requests are turned around fast, from one receptacle to a new equipment drop. Larger jobs are scheduled after hours to avoid downtime, and urgent problems get a crew on site: one emergency call brought five electricians to finish the repairs.
