Capital TI Group: Engineering Office TI in Austin

Electrical scope

Electrical subcontractor to Capital TI Group, the general contractor, on an engineering firm's office suite. Built from the construction drawings: new light fixtures with Lutron Vive wireless controls, new receptacles, three power poles and a floor box for the workstations, conduit stubs for the furniture system, a recessed media box, and back boxes and plenum cable for six fire alarm strobes.

About two months, January to March 2026.

Electrical outcome

City coordination and a quick turnaround. We handled the city inspections ourselves, the wall rough-in passed inspection, and the suite was finished in about two months.
